Refund policy

At Turtiqa, we value customer satisfaction and aim to deliver quality products. If there is any issue with your order, we are here to help resolve it fairly.

1. Exchange Eligibility

We offer exchange only in the following cases:

  • You received a damaged or defective product
  • You received a wrong item (design, color & size)

Exchange request must be raise within 48 hours of delivery to support@turtiqa.com.

2. No Refund Policy

We do not provide refunds under any circumstances, including:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect size ordered by customer
  • Color or design preference issues
  • Minor variations in print, color, or stitching

Please review product details and size chart carefully before ordering.

3. Proof Requirement

To process any claim, you must provide:

  • Unboxing video, photos of the damaged product, and the original packaging.
  • Order ID and issue details

Without proper proof, exchange requests may be declined.

4. Exchange Process

If your request is approved:

  • We will replace the product with the same item in correct size/design.
  • Return pickups will be arranged through our courier partners, and customer cooperation is required

5. Size & Fit Issues

We clearly mention size details on each product page. We strongly recommend checking the size chart before ordering.

Size chosen incorrectly by customer is not eligible for exchange.

6. Manufacturing & Print Variations

Small variations may occur in:

  • Color shades
  • Print alignment
  • Stitching or fabric texture

These are normal in garment production and are not considered defects.
